Se puede volver estuvimos en la 1ªquincena de mayo y nos resultó muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. por mejorar: a) aislamiento térmico: mejorar cierre y ajuste de los balcones (reducción del consumo eléctrico) b) el portal situado debajo del apartamento da unos portazos terribles cada vez que se cierra POR FAVOR CORREGIRLO c) Mido 1,89 cm y la cama se me hizo un poco corta; hubo que tunearla, (no es el primer alojamiento en el que me ocurre).

Excelente volveré... Todo muy cómodo limpio y bobito, la ubicación perfecta!! El aire acondicionado no encendía,pero no nos hizo falta porque hacía buen tiempo.

Good stay Comfort of the appartment and location in the old town of Sevilla Nobody came with us at our arrival to show us the appartment . There was not enough kitchen utensils also.

EXCELENT Emplacement idéale, verre gratuit de bienvenue, appartement spacieux, confortable et propre. Très bien équipé. La nuit il y a trop de bruit, très mauvaise isolation sonore, l'eau chaude est limitée, les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas mais ça a été vite réparé.

RECOMENDABLE La localización ideal,a 15 minutos de los sitios emblemáticos que visitar.Hay un supermercado justo enfrente.Sitio tranquilo por la noche. La equipación de la cocina es escasa, falta algún electrodoméstico pequeño.

Good location The location. It’s a little bit out of the crowed, but once you go through the Calle Regina you come at the metropol Parasol. The appt nr. 3 is much smaller than it seems to be on the pics, but eventually it has everything you need. I like the fact that it really is an apartment with different spaces: living room, bathroom, bedroom are separated. It doesn’t feel like a hotel room. I think 523€ for 4 nights is more than enough

Good location and comfortable room. Reasonable price with decent kitchen facilities. Location and price Major complaint was that plumbing did not allow the disposal of toilet paper into toilet...had to use trash can under sink. My wife and I really dislike doing that for an extended stay.
